Equipped with a large central button for adjusting the general volume, the Air 192X4 audio interface offers a TRS microphone/line combo input on its rear panel and a TRS instrument input on the front, which allows the connection of any type of instrument and allows you to capture up to 2 tracks simultaneously. Each input features new absolutely transparent Crystal preamps with its own gain control and LED meter, while the USB/direct monitoring button offers precise control for a latency-free audio signal. A headphone output with its individual control provides private listening for total immersion in the heart of your mix.
A deluge of software!
The least we can say is that M-Audio takes care of its users by offering a most complete software package. The bundle included with the Air 192X4 includes music production software ProTools First and Ableton Live Lite, amp and effects simulation software Avid Effects Collection and Eleven Lite, and a suite of high-quality virtual instruments. including Xpand!2, Vacuum, BOOM and Mini Grand from Air Music Tech for access to thousands of sounds, not forgetting the Creative FX Collection suite which includes 20 effects plugins from Protools for production, mixing and mastering.
