Developed in Germany, the U300® Series UHF Diversity wireless systems deliver convincing audio performance. They allow a range of 100 m to be reached under ideal conditions and are available in 5 versions using the following frequency bands: 584 MHz - 608 MHz, 655 MHz - 679 MHz, 823 MHz - 832 MHz + 863 MHz - 865 MHz , 470 MHz - 490 MHz or 514 MHz - 542 MHz. Six U300® systems can be used simultaneously. The radio link can be established quickly and easily with a single button, allowing the transmitter and receiver to be easily synchronized via infrared, while the pilot tone squelch circuit ensures interference-free operation. The U300® transmitters offer an output power of 10 mW and a runtime of 10 hours with two AA batteries. The frequency response of the handheld pickup ranges from 55Hz to 16KHz and, with a cutoff frequency of 25Hz, the bodypack transmitter is also suitable for transmitting the sound of 5-string bass guitars with low-bass strings. The input level of the bodypack can be adjusted to three levels to suit active and passive guitars and bass guitars. In addition, the convenient standby position of the operation switch allows the volume to be temporarily turned off. The U300® receiver is equipped with an LCD channel indicator, a chain of LEDs for indicating the strength of the audio signal as well as an output on balanced XLR and output on unbalanced 6.35 mm jack. The output jack can switch to the sound level of the instrument to directly connect guitar and bass amplifiers. The U300® series wireless systems feature a new modern design and are available as voice sets with a receiver and a dynamic cardioid handheld microphone, a bodypack transmitter with headset microphone or a bodypack transmitter with lapel microphone. The U500® series interchangeable capsules can be used to modify the characteristics of the handheld microphone. The U300® instrument packages are available with a bodypack and microphone on wind instrument clip or with a low capacity cable with double shielding for guitars and basses.
