New tray design
The shapes and placement of all the keys have been ergonomically designed to provide playing comfort and natural hand positioning. The keys are assembled and adjusted by hand so that their balance and “feel” are perfect.
New pointed keying
The new Yamaha intermediate and study flutes are equipped with a pointed keying which brings a refined and high-end finish, similar to our professional and handmade flute models.
Set screw
A unique locking screw locking system prevents them from gradually loosening while allowing precise adjustment. Their positioning has been changed to facilitate access.
Alignment marks
Markers facilitate the alignment of the C leg and the body and allow correct mounting by young flutists.
