The Nux Zeus takes its name from the Greek god of heaven and thunder, symbolising power and precision. And that's exactly what this compact, lightweight, full-featured power supply offers to power all your effects pedals with performance and perfect silence. The Zeus offers no less than 10 DC power outputs: 6 of 9 V / 500 mA, 3 adjustable to 9 V, 12 V or 18 V, plus 1 variable from 6 to 12 V to decide the voltage of your fuzz pedals and give a 'velcro' effect by underpowering it, for example. It has a USB port (5 V / 1.5 A) for your mobile devices or to power a light to illuminate your pedalboard. The Zeus can be used very easily, wherever you take your world tours, by plugging it into a 100 to 240 V, 50-60 Hz electrical outlet. All the necessary power cables are supplied (various lengths, angled or non-angled plugs, polarity inverter, current doubler) so you can easily power any type of configuration, pedal or multi-effect.
Daisy chains and non-isolated power supplies can create electrical background noise and buzz that can be very annoying when powering several pedals. All the more so when analogue and digital effects pedals are mixed together! Digital pedals are becoming more and more common on pedalboards, but they also require more and more current to operate. The Zeus is designed to deliver isolated, high-amperage currents for modern digital pedals. Its switch-mode power supplies with two levels of isolation ensure a stable, precise and very quiet current.
